A 50-seat conference hall is arranged in the administrative building of Hotel “LŪNA”.
You may choose the best option to facilitate conference participants:

theatre form – up to 50 participants
class room form – up to 20 participants
U - form – up to 30 participants

To ensure the smooth work the hall is equipped with projector, microphones, white board and writing tools. This equipment is included into hall rent price. Upon Your request we can offer You a computer for extra charge.
To ensure the comfort of conference participants the hall is equipped with air conditioning and ventilating system, and natural lighting. There is a separate cloakroom at conference hall.
In order to contribute to the success of Your event, meeting or conference we will give a heart welcome to Your guests, facilitate coffee breaks or lunch, arrange the premises in accordance with Your preferences and answer all Your questions, and help to solve problems arose.
